Employment Categories
Employees at WeBreak Global may fall into one of the following categories:
- Full-time Employees: Work on a permanent basis with fixed salaries and benefits.
- Part-time Employees: Work for fewer hours than full-time employees, with prorated benefits.
- Contractual Employees/Freelancers: Hired for specific projects or time-bound tasks.
- Interns: Temporary positions for skill development and training.
Work Hours & Attendance
- Standard working hours are 9 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Two Saturdays per month will be working days.
- Lunch break: 45 minutes (included in working hours).
- Employees are expected to maintain punctuality and adhere to their assigned schedules.
- Remote work arrangements are available based on role and performance.
Code of Conduct
- Employees must uphold professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all work-related activities.
- Harassment, discrimination, or workplace misconduct will not be tolerated.
- Employees must respect company policies, data security guidelines, and client confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salaries are determined based on role, experience, and market standards.
- Employees may be eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid leave, and performance incentives.
- Payroll is processed on a monthly basis, with salaries credited to employees' bank accounts.
Performance & Evaluation
- Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to assess productivity and career growth opportunities.
- Employees who consistently meet or exceed expectations may be eligible for promotions and salary increments.
Leaves & Holidays
- Employees are entitled to 12 annual leave days, plus national holidays
- Sick leave and emergency leave must be reported to the HR department in advance.
Termination & Resignation
- Employees must serve a one month notice period before resigning.
- WeBreak Global reserves the right to terminate employment due to misconduct, poor performance, or company restructuring.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
- Employees must protect sensitive company and client data at all times.
- Any violation of confidentiality agreements may lead to legal action.
